Don't Just Ride...Feel the Vibe! Cycle is a great fun workout, everyone can ride a bike! Each participant is in total control of their own resistance level. It is a fantastic way of getting fit and burning plenty of calories.

Power is a freestyle resistance class with the focus on strength and power - low reps with high resistance. It is predominantly a barbell based class but many aspects of equipment training can be utilised. This class gets participants results FAST and feels great too!

This is a back to basics step class that is easy to follow and lots of fun. It is perfect for beginners with lots of creative and simple step choreography. You can progress your skills as your confidence grows.

Swiss Ball

Swiss ball concentrates on the core muscles, and functional muscles. Doing cardio on the ball is no impact as the ball takes all the shock again using functional movement.


A class that varies from week to week includes circuits, HIIT, Tabata, strength & power for a full body workout! During the summer we will work outdoors - bring on the sun!!!
